Returns
Thank you for shopping at Tee Me ASAP!
Due to third party production and shipping, it is important for our valued customers to be mindful of sizing. We do not offer returns. Please be sure to review our size chart prior to completing your order.
Exchanges are only offered on defective items. All exchanges must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and devoid of deodorant residue, perfume, or seam tears because of inaccurate size purchasing. To exchange an item, please email TeeMeASAP@gmail.com and we will let you know where to send it. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. Exchanges can be made up to 10 days after the purchase was made.
Please allow 5-7 days for us to process the exchange or return. If there are any issues, we will send an email right away.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tee Me ASAP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, the date of delivery, tracking information, and the shipping carrier information for the customer to independently investigate.
